Observe other road users and assess their speed, Anticipate behaviour and possible intentions, be aware of your speed so that you can stop safely within the distance you see to be clear.

Keep calm, show restraint, and us sound judgment, and be prepared to make allowances for someone else’s mistake. At all times stay a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
